It is my goal to smoothly secure the most appropriate type of visa or other immigration benefit that best suits my client's individual need.  Promoting my client's understanding of the various types of visas and the manner in which they can be most appropriately utilized is crucial to me.

Having worked at the JAENSCH IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM from August 2003 until November 2008, and being a registered member of AILA, I am experienced and well-trained in U.S. Immigration matters and am competent to answer your questions and handle your immigration situation.

What do I do and How am I qualified?

I obtained my license as a lawyer in April 2002, becoming a fully licensed and accredited attorney in Florida, eligible to practice in the highest court of the State of Florida, as well as within the entire federal domain of U.S. Immigration Law, including its agencies.

Consequently, I can represent you or your company worldwide, no matter where you are located. My immigration practice involves virtually all offices of USCIS in the United States, as well as many Embassies and Consulates of the United States across the globe.
 

I am also a member in good standing of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, in the Central Florida Chapter.

The bulk of my cases revolve primarily around business immigration, assisting clients from the world over with working in the United States on various types of business- or employment-based visas. (visas and green cards)

The overwhelming majority of my immigration law practice derives from repeat business and a very strong referral base of "happy customers" and a large supporting professional network. As such, it is important to me that my clients report back to me frequently with feedback.
