The primary focus
of my professional career is the practice of U.S.
Immigration Law.
Who am I
and What can I do for YOU?
It is my goal to smoothly secure the most
appropriate type of visa or other immigration benefit that
best suits my client's
individual need. Promoting
my client's understanding of the various types of visas
and the manner in which they can be most appropriately
utilized is crucial to me.
Having worked
at the JAENSCH
IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM from August 2003 until November
2008, and being a
registered member of AILA, I am experienced and
well-trained in U.S. Immigration matters and am
competent to answer your questions and handle your
immigration situation.

What do I do and
How am I qualified?
I obtained my license as a lawyer in
April 2002, becoming a fully licensed and accredited
attorney in Florida, eligible to practice in the highest
court of the State of Florida, as well as within the entire
federal domain of U.S. Immigration Law, including its
agencies.
Consequently, I can represent you or
your company worldwide, no matter where you are located. My
immigration practice involves virtually all offices of
USCIS in the United States, as well as many Embassies
and Consulates of the United States across the globe.
I am also a
member in good standing of AILA, the American Immigration
Lawyers Association, in the Central Florida Chapter.

Whom do I represent?
The bulk of my cases revolve primarily

cards)
I offer
discounts on legal fees to non-profit organizations.
My experienced immigration practice
focuses heavily on:

How am I the Right Lawyer for You?
The nature of my representation as your
lawyer/attorney:
The overwhelming majority of my immigration law
practice derives from repeat business and a very strong
referral base of "happy customers" and a large supporting
professional network. As such, it is important to me that my clients
report back to me frequently with feedback.
To me, there is no substitute for a
happy referral by my clients and contacts to others who may need my
services or advice. I welcome all referrals.
While there is no substitute for a face-to-face
meeting with me, in order for you to decide if I am the right lawyer
for you, you may consider a number of different factors, such as my
experience, past results of actual cases, client referrals,
referrals from other lawyer and other professionals, and other
third-party sources. [
